Manager – Inventory Planning, Working Capital Optimization Position Summary The Inventory Planning, Working Capital Optimization Manager is accountable for data driven analysis to test, socialize and implement various working capital & inventory optimization initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for conducting independent data & root-cause analysis to identify opportunities where inventory position, operations, and efficiency can be improved without sacrificing sales or customer experience. You will often be responsible for developing KPIs to help support and track initiatives . You will partner closely with various teams to identify opportunities, validate business impact and establish timelines to capture value . While you will have support from your teammates and leaders, you will need to be a self-starter, able to work autonomously on initiative development, data review and KPIs to find and capitalize on new opportunities. Up to 15% travel may be required.

Primary Responsibilities :

Working closely with internal and external partners to explore additional value creation opportunities. Effective communication with internal stakeholders on progress of key initiatives, opportunities/risks. Tracking initiative investment budgets (capital and expense). Evaluating process improvement opportunities. Execution of high performing strategies that work effectively with other parts of the business and with suppliers and external supply chain partners to meet business targets. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in supply chain or MBA. Experience with mathematical and basic statistical knowledge. Proficient with SQL, Python (for data), and/or MS Access. Strong desire to continuously learn. Supply Chain Certification an asset- RSSC, CSCMP or APICS preferred. Previous experience in an S&OP environment. Demonstrated understanding of inter-relationships between inventory planning, supply chain, category management, and finance Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $54,300.00 – $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
