Responsibilities Responsibilities will include:

Supports Indirect Purchasing activities – enters requisition information in order system (BuySmart), helps resolve invoice issues, supports order updates and returns, if needed Works closely with Direct Procurement to review open orders to insure proper flow of raw materials into plant as required by production and support projects as needed Supports Planning team by running reports for Schedule Attainment reporting, project support and learning detailed scheduling and mid-level planning Supports monitoring and maintenance of inventory levels in accordance with established inventory policies and ensures a sufficient supply of raw and packaging materials are on hand to support production requirements. Support Sr Systems Analyst in monthly cycle count process, including system monitoring (IDOC and COGI review) and report reviews for inventory accuracy (reconciliation reports, aged inventory, etc) Work under the direction of a senior associate. Observes all safety and environmental procedures and Quality System Requirements (QSR). Maintain a neat and orderly work environment. Learn how to support upstream and downstream operations. Able to function in a team environment Performs other duties as assigned by Manager and required to support the needs of the business. Able to work in a high demand/factory operation structure. Great communication skills to bridge supply chain and operations.

Required Qualifications:
