POSITION SUMMARY
Vireo Systems and pH-D Feminine Health are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our supply chain team. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing our third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and transportation management software (TMS). This role will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective logistics operations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. Monitor and evaluate carrier performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contractual terms. Develop and generate reports to track transportation performance, costs, and operational efficiency. Analyze transportation data and performance metrics to identify areas for cost reduction, process improvements, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with procurement, sales, customer service, and other departments to align logistics strategies with business needs. Ensure all transportation activities comply with retail and regulatory standards. Manage and maintain transportation management software, ensuring it is utilized effectively across operations. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technology advancements related to logistics and supply chain management.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. 3-5+ Years of experience in a Supply Chain related role. Strong knowledge and experience with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and transportation management systems (TMS).
Industry experience:
carrier, logistics company, or 3PL or ThirdParty Logistics is ideal NetSuite is a plus Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work as part of a team.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
