This role will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing operational planning process. This role works with cross-functional teams on projects related to production scheduling, inventory management, financial analysis, and supporting supply chain optimization. Essential Responsibilities Conducts cross-functional financial reporting analysis and findings to assist in guiding company decisions in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain operations. Works closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, production, and logistics, to address challenges and ensure seamless operations across the organization. Participates in strategy sessions to discuss demand trends, production planning, and inventory levels and address identified challenges. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in the SIOP process, including assisting in the implementation of identified process improvements.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or related function, or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in manufacturing supply chain or finance-related role, including knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management principles, and inventory control processes required. Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite required. Demonstrated advanced knowledge of computer-based data and analytics and ERP systems required. Experience in SQL, Power BI, JD Edwards, or similar tools is preferred. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data sets into cohesive reports to guide decision-making at all levels of the organization. Excellent mathematical, problem-solving, and written and oral communication skills are required.
