Supervisor Position Available In Alachua, Florida

Supervisor SEI Underground Utilities Gainesville, FL 32608 We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Supervisor with proven experience supervising and executing underground construction projects, including excavation, pipeline installation, fiber optics, and related services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, field problem-solving skills, a commitment to quality and safety, and excellent communication skills with clients and work teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination Oversee the daily and weekly scheduling of assigned crews and projects. Coordinate human and technical resources to ensure timely and efficient execution. Lead planning meetings prior to the start of each project.
• Quality Control Ensure that all work meets the required technical and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of work sites before, during, and after the tasks.
• Safety Management Verify strict compliance with safety protocols and the use of PPE by staff. Promote a safe work culture at all times.
• Customer Relations Resolve concerns or complaints in the field quickly, professionally, and effectively.
• Team Supervision and Training Motivate staff to maintain high levels of performance.

Identify training needs and lead technical and safety training initiatives.
