Qualifications:
The Lead Superintendent must have a minimum of 10 years of field experience on large high rise builds
Must have a proven work history on mentioned project type
College Degree with a BS in Construction Management or similar degree program is a plus
Proficiency with safety procedures
Extensive managerial and people skills
Materials procurement
Supervision of self-performed work
