Job Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the crushing process to ensure efficient and safe operations. Oversee the maintenance and repair of crushing equipment. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures. Monitor production levels and optimize efficiency. Train and manage a team of operators and laborers. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain accurate records and reports related to crushing operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in concrete recycling or similar industries. Strong leadership and management skills. In-depth knowledge of crushing equipment and maintenance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
