What You’ll Do Primarily involved with preparation of geotechnical reports,including analysis and recommendations with a strong commitment tomeet project deadlines Manage construction materials testing (CMT) projects with dailyreport review, assist with resolution of issues, and training offield staff on your projects Prepare both geotechnical and CMT proposals, manage projectbudgets, and prepare change orders and invoices Host or attend project meetings with clients to follow up ondelivered reports and provide technical solutions as necessary Other duties may include assisting with or performing thefollowing with supervision: Prepare drilling packages and obtain utility clearances Perform research on local geologic history Supervise field work performed by drilling/test pit crews andassist with rig access issues Classify soil and assign laboratory testing Mentor and support Staff Project Managers, Assistant StaffProject Managers, and technicians in their development What We’re Looking For Bachelor and/or Master of Science in Civil Engineering,Geological Engineering, Geology, or similar is required 3 years of related experience Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.)preferred Professional license required in each state(s) in which youwork to use the license in the title. If a professional license hasnot yet been obtained, “Manager” will be used in the title. If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a validdriver’s license is required.
The expected pay range for this roleand location is $90,000 – $100,000/year. The final agreed-uponcompensation will be determined based on specific location andother individual qualifications.
