We are actively working with a reputable commercial paintcompany looking to add a talented Foreman/Superintendent to theirteam!
Foreman/Superintendent Duties:
Managing crews of fieldindividuals on commercial paint sites Identifying safety relatedissues and correcting those issues including making sure that allmembers of the crew are meeting OSHA safety standards. Working withproject supervisor to set daily goals and then directing the crewto meet those goals. Coordinating project activities with interioroperations of the building Protecting the building and buildingcontent for any projects that they are working on. Understandingthe equipment and proper protocols Communicating with members ofthe crew as well as project supervisor and/or business owner.
Maintaining project sites in a neat and orderly fashion.
ExperienceRequired:
2 years of commercial paint/coatings experience Knowledgeof fireproofing (intumenscent) coatings a plus Experience incommunicating to clients and representing a reputable companyManagement experience with field individuals
