Underground Foreman / Fireboss 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars Prosperity, PA 15329 Underground Coal Miner / Fireboss JENNMAR Services, is seeking Firebosses for the Claysville / Graysville, PA areas. Position may help with Black Hat jobs as well. $40/hour Benefits include: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with matching after 6 months
Job Responsibilities:
Examining the surface and underground work areas of the mine including airways, bleeders, and belts. Identifying hazardous conditions including roof, dust, gas, and equipment. Checking and recording gas readings in proper books. Conducting pre-shift and on shift examinations. Other duties assigned.
Position Requirements:
PA Foreman or Assistant Foreman Certification. Up-to-date annual refresher (preferred). Previous experience firebossing. Valid driver’s license.
