Job Description
Trillium Construction is now hiring a Grading Superintendent for a respected general contractor serving residential and commercial construction clients in Columbia, SC. The Superintendent will oversee all on-site grading operations, manage field personnel, enforce safety standards, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production and quality of all earth-moving operations.
- Supervise and coordinate field personnel and equipment.
- Review and process daily timesheets.
- Coordinate with other trades and site operations to maintain workflow.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety, environmental, and OSHA regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by project leader ship.

Qualifications:
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
