Job Description
We are an officially Certified Top 15 TikTok Shop Partner, specializing in services for TikTok Shop sellers. From LIVE shopping (livestreaming) and short-form video production to shop ads management and affiliate marketing, we help our clients thrive on TikTok. Our team includes a talented roster of LIVE Shopping Hosts who go live to drive sales and engagement for our clients. We’re now looking to hire a LIVE Operator to join our Nashville-based team and play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients’ livestreams. If you’re passionate about TikTok, shopping, and delivering results, we want to hear from you! As a LIVE Operator, you’ll work closely with our LIVE Manager, LIVE Shopping Hosts, and clients to ensure our livestreams are engaging, effective, and high-performing.
Your responsibilities will include:

Real-Time Support:
Assist the host during live shopping sessions by managing flash deals, giveaways, and other promotions.

Live Analysis & Action:
Monitor and analyze real-time data to optimize the livestream experience and make quick adjustments to improve engagement and GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).

Post-Live Analytics:
Input and analyze engagement and sales data into internal and client facing dashboards. Give constructive feedback for the host and debrief with LIVE Manager

Strategic Collaboration:
Collab with management, hosts, and clients to strategize and enhance livestream performance.

Product Expertise:
Develop an in-depth understanding of client products to effectively support livestreams. The ideal candidate is a TikTok enthusiast who loves shopping on TikTok Shop and has a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity with TikTok and an understanding of TikTok Shop as a user, affiliate, or seller.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A laptop for work use.
- Ability to commit to a set schedule (1 PM
- 10 PM, 5 days a week, including weekends).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TikTok Shop or operating livestreams.
- Data entry skills.
- Analytical thinking
