Foreman Love It Tree Service Mount Juliet, TN 37122 Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to oversee tree removal and trimming projects and lead a team of skilled workers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of tree processes, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on the job site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Manage project schedules and coordinate with team members. Organize and plan for the needed materials before driving to the job site each day. Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a collaborative work environment. Experience Proven experience in a supervisor or supervisory role within the tree industry. Strong knowledge of tree removal best practices. Proficiency in using tools such as a chain saw and bucket truck. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
