What You’ll Do:
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the community for our non-profit clients, fostering long-term relationships and trust with potential donors Successfully execute sales presentations to secure donations Participate in grassroots fundraising initiatives Engage with potential donors, giving key highlights and explanations for where donated funds are allocated Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective and timely service to non-profit clients Track performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
