This full-time position offers a uniqueopportunity to work closely with the Executive Director in leadingprograms, events, and partnerships that enrich the downtown Ellsworthexperience.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate community programs, events, and initiatives aligned with the Main Street Four-Point Approach
- Support fundraising efforts
- Manage communications and marketing efforts including social media, newsletters, and promotional content
- Serve as a liaison with local businesses, nonprofits, volunteers, and civic partners
- Oversee program coordination, budgets, and documentation in coordination with the Executive Director
- Recruit, train, organize and supervise volunteers to support programs and events
- Represent the organization at public events and meetings.

- This is a full-time, exempt position offering a salary commensurate withexperience, paid time off, holidays, and some flexibility in worklocation and hours.
The Assistant Director reports to the ExecutiveDirector.
