Are you a persuasive communicator with a strong network and a passion for connecting people with causes? We’re looking for a driven, self-starting Fundraiser Executive to help generate capital for a growing small business. This commission-only role offers high income potential for individuals who can effectively leverage their connections, communication skills, and strategic thinking.

What You’ll Do:

As a Fundraiser Executive, your primary responsibility will be to raise funds through private donors, investors, crowdfunding platforms, and community engagement. You’ll have the freedom to use your own methods and networks while aligning with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, approach, and secure potential donors, sponsors, or investors.
  • Develop and implement strategic fundraising plans and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contributors.
  • Collaborate with the business team to align fundraising goals with company strategy.
  • Utilize social media, email, phone calls, networking events, and other tools to generate leads and close funding deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting on fundraising progress.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and manage time effectively.
  • Access to a strong network of potential donors or investors is a major plus.
  • Creativity and initiative in designing compelling campaigns and outreach.
  • A strong understanding of financial investment & financial sourcing is a great attribute to have.
  • Must be results-driven and comfortable with a commission-only compensation structure.
Compensation:

This is a performance-based opportunity offering a competitive 10% commission on all successfully acquired fundraiser funds. There is no cap on earnings
