Opportunity:

Primary location – Southern Pines, NC. Services also delivered at school-based centers in Biscoe and Mt. Gilead, NC. Innovative portable program further expands outreach. Provide oversight and direction for a program that cares for children from birth to age 21 (Medicaid recipients and uninsured). Services include preventive dental sealants, cleanings and exams, white and silver fillings, extractions, and spacers. Dependable schedule – Mon-Thu, 7A-5P. Protected administrative time.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will be a mission-driven visionary leader with a genuine passion for treating underserved populations.

Required :

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a high-functioning team. Superior communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with public speaking, ability to serve as an ambassador for the program. Experience managing operational budgets. Degree in Dentistry from an accredited school. At least 2 years of dental experience. Role model clinical abilities and performance (documentation, productivity, outlook, work ethic, etc.). Knowledge of contemporary dental practices, regulatory requirements, and standards of care for dental services. Current and valid NC Dental license.

Strongly Preferred :
