Fund Associate Opportunity Compensation & Details:

Salary range:$65-75K depending on experience Work hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm,

White Plains, NY Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising:

Engage directly with donors via in-person meetings,Zoom, phone, and email Support implementation of fundraisinginitiatives for Westchester locations Collaborate on fundcommunications across various channels Manage a portfolio ofprospective and current Westchester donors Secure donations andwork to increase participation and renewal rates Recruit and trainfund volunteers across grade levels Prepare reports and maintaindonor records in Raiser’s Edge Partner with various locationleaders as well as the Marketing and Communications team onoutreach content Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred Minimumof 1 year of professional experience in non-profit/educationalenvironment Development and/or volunteer management experiencepreferred Strong organizational, strategic, and collaborativeskills Effective relationship-building abilities with variousstakeholders Superior verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, donor database software, and webapplications This position offers excellent company culture,work/life balance, and the opportunity to support an amazingmission.
