Proactively seek opportunities for personal and professional development. Be growth minded. Enthusiastically support bank initiatives. Develop and maintain a supportive relationship with branch and interdepartmental teammates. Sales & Service Consistently deliver unmatched service by executing the
MCB PROMISE.
Answer the telephone using MCB protocol. Warmly transfer calls when necessary. Develop a deep knowledge about all bank products. Take the initiative to develop product knowledge.
Job Functions:
Work with managers and Senior Leadership Team to oversee daily operations of the Bank’s retail branch network, ensuring efficiency, compliance and unmatched service. Provide training and guidance to branch employees on bank policies, procedures, systems and customer service best practices. Support branch teams in handling complex customer transactions and service challenges. Fill in for branch staff when necessary. Complete bank assigned training by required deadlines. Regular day travel is required. Other duties as assigned.
