We are seeking an Operational Planning Analyst to provide expertise in staff policy, writing, data analysis, and technical knowledge necessary to support strategic and operational planning, briefings, and analysis. Responsibilities Understanding and participation in strategic planning and coordination venues related to the Intelligence, Security, Information Technology (IT), Information Management (IM), and Cyber (Defense) functions Knowledge of the Army’s voice, data, and information systems Develop, deliver, and maintain a comprehensive five-year strategy with clearly defined strategic goals and objectives Provide the technical operational expertise to develop, deliver, and maintain an Annual Plan (of execution) based on the comprehensive five-year Strategy Support the annual review of both the comprehensive five-year Strategy and Annual Plan to track accomplishments, refinement elements of the Strategy and Annual Plan (e.g., LOEs), and update each product as required, on an annual and semi-annual basis Prepare and deliver an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) that identifies and evaluates the feasible alternatives’ cost, schedule, performance benchmarks, risks, and critical technology elements Prepare and deliver a Business Case Analysis (BCA) that addresses the strategies, background information, benefits, costs, gap analysis results, and risks Qualifications and Education Requirements Active Secret Clearance is required U.S. Citizenship is required Knowledge and understanding of Army Doctrine, Policies, and MACOM-level processes Technical and operational expertise to support the analysis, development, and/or implementation of strategic and operational documents, plans, products, and venues, as well as battle rhythm events Must be able to obtain and maintain relevant credentials to access the worksite and computer systems Preferred Qualifications A bachelor’s degree is preferred About Us Arrowpoint is a specialized, professional services firm focused on delivering high-impact services with a bias for execution in the areas of project management, change management, cybersecurity engineering, and enterprise technology adoption.
