Responsibilities:

The Analyst/Logistician/ Programmer/Specialist/ is responsible for formulation of the opinions, decisions and ultimate performance of the tasks. This position requires experience and the ability to perform detailed and complex calculations plus knowledge of practices/principles necessary to assess advanced systems concepts, assess specifications and perform system integration. Support equipment which may include, common, mobile, fixed, and other specialized equipment required to sustain the operation and maintenance of the Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS). Support Equipment Requirements Document (SERD) reviews, design reviews, validation and verification efforts, logistics demonstrations, and test. Develop, implement, and maintain current support equipment related program documentation, including the SERD, CARD, LCSP, and technical manuals. Analyze and assess support equipment requirements to reduce and eliminate the number of tools and support required to maintain the UAS system. Use appropriate predictive analyses and modeling tools to develop COAs for the Government consideration of ways to improve material availability and reliability, increase operational availability rates, and reduce operation and sustainment costs. Create appropriate product support arrangements to facilitate achieving desired product support outcomes. Provide general knowledge and “hands-on” experience using the Army’s General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and the Army’s Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) software, LMP databases, and equivalent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms. Analyze and resolve issues related to Systems, Applications and Products (SAP), Financials (FI), and Asset Management (AM) and GFEBS transaction codes. Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), sales orders, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs). Recommend cost estimating and budget activities, inclusive of all program life cycle phases IAW applicable DoD Directives, Army regulations, and policies. Examples of the following cost estimating and budget activities include: Independent Government Estimate, Independent Cost Analyses, Program Office Estimates, Cost Analysis Requirements Description, Analysis of Alternatives. Cost research projects to develop estimating techniques for new state-of-the-art technology. Support cost effectiveness related studies, such as Milestone Reviews, Life-Cycle Cost/Design-to-Cost, O&S Cost Reduction Analysis, Cost Risk Evaluation, Technical Risk Evaluation, Warranty Cost Effectiveness Analysis, Cost Estimating Relationship Methodologies, Budget Preparation Support, Earned Value Management, Estimates at Completion, Analysis of variance reports, Business Case Analysis. Adhere to the company’s AS9100 policies, procedures and guidelines. Other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree This senior person must have a minimum of 5 years of task related experience and show completion of a full 4 year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelors or higher degree appropriate to the field of expertise, acquisition, logistics, business or management.

Substitution:

•Three additional years of related experience (a total of (11) eleven years ) may be used in lieu of a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university. A secret security clearance is required.
