Exempt Arlington is hiring a forward-thinking Marketing Performance & Systems Lead to own the strategy, performance, and integration of our marketing technology ecosystem. This role is for a data-driven problem-solver with a passion for platform optimization, campaign analysis, and digital tool enablement. In this role, you’ll lead the day-to-day oversight of platforms such as REACH, Marketing IQ, SOCi, and RentCaffeine, ensuring alignment between technology, KPIs, and business outcomes. You will serve as the go-to performance strategist across departments—bridging marketing, IT, operations, and training—while also championing Arlington’s online reputation and marketing data governance standards. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, performance-first environments and understands the power of clean data and scalable tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Ownership & Vendor Management Manage core marketing platforms including REACH, Digible, RentCaffeine, and SOCi Coordinate vendor relationships, performance reviews, and technical roadmaps Oversee campaign tracking, UTM structure, and CRM integration compliance Performance Reporting & Data Strategy Build and maintain dashboards covering cost-per-lead (CPL), lead attribution, conversions, and ROI Lead SEO reporting and web traffic analysis Conduct market and campaign performance audits to identify optimization opportunities Reputation Management & Review Oversight Monitor review platforms (Google, Yelp, ILS) to track sentiment and response rates Flag response delays or quality concerns and escalate to internal teams or vendors Deliver sentiment analysis reports and maintain review management tools and strategy KPI Governance & Compliance Define key marketing performance metrics and standardize data usage across platforms Partner with operations to align marketing insights with leasing and operational goals Support audit readiness and compliance through consistent documentation Training & Enablement Manage documentation and knowledge base content for platform onboarding and troubleshooting Facilitate recurring training sessions with property and regional teams Monitor Freshdesk ticketing trends and SLA performance Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with the Director of Marketing, IT, Training, and Digital Strategy teams Provide strategic input into website reviews, campaign data, and cross-channel performance Contribute insights to new platform adoption and process automation initiatives # MKT2025 Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field required Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing systems, performance reporting, or digital analytics Strong knowledge of multifamily marketing tools and systems (e.g., Yardi, Knock, RentCaffeine, CRM IQ, SOCi) Technical Skills Proficient in marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, Yardi systems) Strong command of Excel and dashboard development Familiarity with UTM tracking, attribution models, and API-based marketing platforms Experience with Freshdesk or other ticketing platforms preferred Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to present data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working cross-functionally Proactive, resourceful, and highly analytical
Work Environment:
This role operates in a hybrid environment , with Birmingham, AL as the preferred location. Fully remote candidates will be considered based on qualifications . Occasional travel may be required for vendor meetings, system training, or collaboration with regional teams.
