Primary Care Healthcare – Full Risk-Based Model MaxHealth is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Decision Support Manager to join our growing team at a leading full-risk primary care healthcare organization based in Florida. This role will play a critical part in driving data-informed decision-making as it relates specifically to the enterprise’s robust data and financial infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CIO, the Decision Support Manager will provide critical technical guidance by bridging the gap between IT, finance, operations as well as the organization’s payor partners. The role will be responsible for leading the quality integrity assurance efforts necessary to sustain rapid growth in a data and IT system dependent organization. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of decision support tools and dashboards using SQL and Excel, domo, power BI, Azure Data Factory and/or other platforms as necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, clinical, and IT) to define and prioritize analytical needs. Support enterprise initiatives through structured analysis of clinical and financial data. Oversee end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC) for decision support systems and data-driven tools. Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across all reporting and analytical platforms. Conduct internal audits and risk assessments, identifying gaps and recommending improvements. Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure data-driven insights are effectively translated into business value. Prepare and present executive-level reports, KPIs, and analytics for leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, internal audit or decision support within healthcare or a similar industry. Advanced proficiency in SQL Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies. Solid foundation in finance and accounting principles.

Preferred Qualifications :

CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), or other relevant certifications. Experience in internal or external audit, especially in healthcare or regulated industries. Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Healthcare Informatics, or related field. Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models, especially value-based or risk-based care. Strong knowledge of Github and Python.
