Operations Analyst:

Provide first contact resolution for account onboarding and maintenance processes. Collaborate with branch office staff and benefits contact centers to assist clients with establishing and maintaining brokerage accounts. Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines set by governing bodies such as the SEC, IRS, and FINRA. Process routine and standard transactions according to established procedures and operational policies. Support various operations functions including opening new accounts and data entry. Deliver high-quality service and operational support to internal teams and external clients. Use independent judgment for routine issues while escalating complex problems to supervisors or team managers. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of transactions and client information. Adapt to shifting priorities and work effectively within a team environment. Demonstrate flexibility in schedule and a proactive, self-sufficient work approach.
