Position Summary:

Requires a dynamic and experienced professional to join a team dedicated to the support and continuous improvement of our investment reporting systems. The Specialist would primarily work with Addepar, our investment performance and client reporting system, and Wealth Access, our mobile platform for clients. The professional will collaborate closely with the Client Reporting Group and operational support teams to coordinate the first line of defense for resolving issues, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent service to internal users and clients. The Specialist will be instrumental at building productive working relationships with our Advisors while maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our reporting systems in support of the wealth management process. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, experience with Addepar, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and systems for our investment and trust teams.

Essential Job Functions:

As a member of the Client Reporting Group, execute the vision for Addepar and deliver superior service and support for the investment team. Provide daily operational support for Addepar and Wealth Access, addressing transaction processing issues, system errors, and promote user adoption. Serve as the primary point of contact between investments, operations, and senior leadership as replacement for third-party consultants. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in performance calculations, data accuracy, and reporting outputs. Translate business needs into clear and actionable solutions and product features. Ensure alignment with regulatory, compliance, and organizational standards. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Assist in the integration and reconciliation of data between systems to ensure accuracy and integrity. Perform routine checks and validations on transaction data and reporting outputs. Identify patterns of recurring issues and recommend process improvements or system updates. Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, reduce operational risk, and improve scalability. Assist with the generation and delivery of client reports, ensuring data accuracy and format compliance. Manage user requests for customized reports or performance analytics. Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to wealth management and client reporting. Train and guide users on system functionality, tools, and best practices.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years of Addepar experience in an operations or product management role, preferably in wealth management, fund administration, or related financial services. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, Scrum Product Owner) is a plus. Strong understanding of investment products (e.g., equities, fixed income, alternatives), and financial markets. Proven history of delivering successful investment performance and/or client reporting solutions. High level of accuracy and diligence, particularly in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Organizational skills to manage data, projects, and processes. Knowledge of Wealth Access and/or FIS TrustDesk a plus
