About the Role Reporting directly to the CEO/President, you will apply strong analytical skills and hands-on problem-solving to a wide range of operational questions. Your work will blend data analysis with on-the-ground coordination, ensuring that insights translate into clear, actionable steps across the organization. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting

• Extract information from our SQL environment and build advanced Excel models to answer operational “how much, how many, and where” questions. Problem-Solving with Leadership
• Collaborate with the CEO to develop practical solutions to day-to-day business needs. Cross-Team Coordination
• Share findings and action items with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, Sales, and IT to keep everyone aligned. Implementation Tracking
• Verify that agreed-upon changes are executed and document results for future reference. Required Skills & Experience Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas) Robust SQL
• design and optimize complex queries, build views, and generate ad-hoc reports that support decisions AI productivity tools (e.
