Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Contractor for a Manager, HR Process Excellence that will play a critical role in understanding the end-to-end HR mission and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. This role supports the aligned Centers of Excellence (COEs) by analyzing processes and operations, evaluating the current environment, and designing long-term solutions to drive operational efficiency and excellence. The Manager, HR Process Excellence will lead efforts to re-engineer and improve processes across functional dependencies while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all processes, identify trends, analyze root causes, and forecast outcomes to ensure operational goals are met. Analyze data from multiple sources (internal systems, stakeholder feedback, and customer insights) to propose remedial actions and process improvements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through the implementation of smart workflows that enhance HR processes, leveraging both technology (e.g., automation) and non-technology solutions (e.g., training). Facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders to refine success metrics and identify areas of frustration within current processes. Elicit business requirements through interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to define desired outcomes. Plan and deliver smart workstreams using project management methodologies to ensure intended results are achieved. Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding to different audiences, keeping stakeholders informed concisely and professionally. Conduct regular quality audits to ensure processes are operating as designed and to identify areas for continuous improvement. Research, analyze, and prepare quarterly reports on HR trends, recommend new projects, and track the progress of current initiatives. Serve as a coach and mentor to other team members within the department. Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in process improvement development, implementation, and execution. Proven track record of successfully leading end-to-end process improvement projects, including identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and measuring results. Strong ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional workgroups effectively. Experience analyzing ambiguous data from various sources to identify trends, discover root causes, and justify improvement opportunities. Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels in dynamic organizations, ensuring alignment with long-term solutions. Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid, Miro). Experience in HR Operations. Familiarity with HRMS and HR Case Management Software (Workday and ServiceNow HRSD preferred). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks through completion. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
