Operations Research Analyst Job Duties:
Analyze business or operating procedures to devise most efficient methods of accomplishing work, and prepare recommendations for implementation of new business systems. procedures or organizational changes
Manage and update the weekly sales report which tracks sales activity and booked revenue
Analyze company financial records. including revenue, expenditure and cycle turnover of account receivables to promote and maintain financial stability
Conduct research on competitor pricing, product quality and segmentation, and adjust prices to maintain competitive price advantage in the marketplace
Analyze daily inventory of product, and communicate with warehouse staff, clients, and shipping company to ensure timely shipping
Gather pertinent information and work with clients to isolate and resolve the majority of their issues without any need for assistance
Collaborate with other employees to ensure successful implementation of chosen problem solutions
Analyze information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems
Study and analyze information about alternative courses of action to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes
Prepare management reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions.
Requirements:
