  • In this role, you will be responsible for driving structured problem-solving processes, developing continuous improvement plans, and contributing to the standardization of processes across the organization.

By analyzing quality data and facilitating root cause analyses, you will support teams in identifying issues and implementing effective, sustainable solutions. Your daily responsibilities will include the creation and presentation of quality reports, alongside the independent management of your own quality-related projects. Through your work, you will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • + Creation and maintenance of continuous improvement plans and support in process standardization within BV + Analysis of performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and development of appropriate strategies + Execution of structured problem-solving processes in response to non-conformance events, aiming at sustainable continuous improvement + Delivery of training programs to ensure employee understanding and application of continuous improvement principles + Analysis of complex data to enhance data transparency, generation of business-relevant insights, and support of data-driven decision-making + Leadership in the execution of improvement initiatives, including management of change processes •What You Bring•+ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline + Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management or Quality Management, with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives + Extensive experience in the leadership of continuous improvement projects, preferably within the gas turbine industry or a comparable sector + Strong analytical capabilities, facilitation expertise, and presentation proficiency, with demonstrated application of quality tools + High level of self-motivation, a pronounced sense of responsibility, and a results-driven mindset + Excellent communication and organizational skills in English, combined with a structured approach, quality orientation, intercultural competence, and readiness for international travel + Willingness to travel up to 25% annually •About the Team•Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
