Burgess Chambers & Associates, Inc. (BCA) is seeking a Junior Analyst to join its team. The individual will work a hybrid work schedule (i.e., partly in-office, partly from home) from our office in downtown Orlando. This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified candidate to apply strong quantitative, analytical, and operational-oriented skills within an investment consulting firm. The individual will collaborate with a talented team of colleagues, facilitating implementation of investment decisions made by the investment consultants with the goal of achieving optimal investment performance for our clients. - Performance measurement
- Custodial bank statement reconciliation
- Client administration and care
- Quarterly Reporting
- Drafting of sample rebalance documents for clients
- Monitor adherence to Investment Policy Statement
- Supporting consultants Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience; familiarity with custody, investment consulting, and/or investment management operations preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and Word).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with a diverse audience as well as work independently.
- Diligent attention to detail and organization.
- Completes tasks quickly without compromising accuracy or quality.
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic allowing candidate to function effectively within a tight deadline environment.
