Responsibilities:

Hours of operation: 8:30am – 5pm The Manager of Continuous Improvement is responsible for driving process improvement and managing projects for the Empath Health enterprise. This role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, patient/customer care, and overall organizational performance through the implementation of best practices and innovative solutions. Additionally, the Manager of Continuous Improvement will supervise a team of process improvement specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:
Education/Regulatory Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement and project management within a healthcare setting. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
