WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced investment operations professional to join our operations team. The role is based in our San Antonio office. The ideal candidate has an extreme attention to detail and is highly organized, loves serving people and solving problems, and works well in an autonomous and fast-paced environment. Preferably, you have previous experience working with family offices and high net worth clients in an operational capacity. Maintaining confidentiality, having a strong work ethic, and thriving under pressure are imperative to success in this role.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Enter and document trades and wire transfers on behalf of our clients to execute the investment plan
• Open new accounts and gather all required documentation
• Perform KYC (know your client) checks on clients
• Complete subscription documents on behalf of clients and internal investment funds
• Attend client meetings to assist Investment Advisors
• Work with family office clients on ad hoc projects and requests
• Assist reporting with entering and/or verifying data
• Assist with gathering and organizing client and investment documents
• Assist with onboarding new family office clients
• Update CRM data and workflows
• Assist other CCP team members as needed
• Serve our clients

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s Degree from Accredited University, preferably with a degree in business
• An understanding of investment operations; experience with Fidelity a plus
• Minimum 3 yrs back office experience at a financial institution
• A high level of organization, with an extreme attention to detail
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle high volumes, a quick pace, and multiple concurrent assignments
• Service-oriented mindset and an ability to communicate with wealthy families and executives
• Ability to think and operate independently with minimal direction
• High emotional intelligence and trustworthiness
• Positive attitude and a ‘no task too big or too small’ mentality
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
• Capability to learn new (and complex) systems quickly

$76,708.70 – $92,380.37 per year
