Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and skilled Sales & Operations Business Process Analyst I to join our team at ONICON Incorporated. The ideal candidate will support our business’ sales and operations process. This role serves as the primary contact for the Sales team regarding scheduling, production, and supply chain planning activities, ensuring effective communication and coordination between departments for order fulfillment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Create and optimize production plans for sales orders. Gathers data and inputs to plan and track inventory levels and monitor key performance metrics daily to ensure quality and production requirements are met for on-time delivery. Reports daily metrics for lead time, order entry, and production performance for on-time delivery to the leadership team. Act as the single point of contact for supply issues, demand challenges and changes, scheduling, and ad hoc requests with internal and external stakeholders. Communicate lead times to sales teams per current capacity monthly or as needed. Communicate project status updates and stock recovery information to the organization. Performs advanced data analysis to solve business problems, reporting and sales analysis as needed. Lead and support daily production meetings. Attend customer meetings as needed. Liaison in inbound and outbound logistics. Proactively communicate supply issues and recovery dates to internal stakeholders. Lead inventory activities to ensure accuracy. Works closely with customer service and accounting to ensure on-time delivery and processing of intercompany orders. A key contributor in the sales & operations (S&OP) planning process and will support the synchronization of demand forecast and supply planning, laying the groundwork for efficient business operations. All other related duties as required.
