You’ll partner with teams at every level to develop and implement data-driven strategies that enhance performance across the organization. As a key leader and facilitator, you’ll champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about coaching teams, driving innovation, and delivering measurable results that align with our mission.

Your Typical Day:

Lead organization-wide performance excellence initiatives aligned with strategic goals Facilitate cross-functional workgroups to improve processes and close operational gaps Coach internal teams through process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Baldrige frameworks Analyze data, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend solutions to improve performance Collaborate with leadership to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and track results Mentor staff and build internal improvement capability through coaching and training Lead the Performance Excellence Committee and support annual strategic planning efforts

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, or related field 5+ years of experience in performance improvement, operational excellence, or project leadership Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Baldrige Framework strongly preferred Proven success leading complex improvement projects from planning through execution Strong analytical, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to build trust across teams Excellent communication skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools Join us in our commitment to sustainability and making a positive contribution to our community.
