We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Analyst Manager to join our distribution centers team. As a Process Analyst Manager you will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing our distribution center operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance aided. You will be responsible for analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions to streamline operations and drive continuous improvement.

Process Analysis and Optimization:
Conduct thorough analysis of existing distribution center processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, feedback, and insights to make informed decisions on process enhancements.
Process Improvement Initiatives:
Design, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives that align with the distribution center’s strategic goals and objectives.
Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce cycle times, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
Data Analysis and Performance Metrics:
Collect and analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to distribution center operations.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to provide visibility into process performance and improvement initiatives.
Technology Integration:
Evaluate, recommend, and implement technological solutions such as automation, robotics, and software systems to optimize distribution processes.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of technology into existing operations.
Change Management:
Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of process improvements, including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Continuous Improvement Culture:
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the distribution center by promoting best practices, sharing insights, and facilitating process improvement workshops.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure all process changes adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards in a distribution center environment.
Collaborate with safety teams to identify and address potential risks associated with process modifications.
Documentation and Training:
Document new and improved processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and guidelines to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer.
Provide training and support to distribution center staff on updated processes and technologies.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience (7 years) in process analysis, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization using software such as Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.
Experience with process mapping, time-motion studies, and process simulation.
Familiarity with distribution center operations, including order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
Familiarity with distribution center equipment’s, including conveyor system, print and apply system and other automation equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Project management experience is a plus.
