Responsibilities:

• Interview clients to gather information and assess eligibility for bail
• Prepare and process bail bond applications and contracts
• Explain terms and conditions of bail bonds to clients
• Collect required documentation and fees from clients
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client information
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, courts, and other parties involved in the bail process
• Monitor and ensure compliance with court appearances by clients
• Assist in locating and apprehending clients who fail to appear in court
• Installing GPS monitors as required by the courts

Experience:

• Previous experience in the bail bond industry is preferred but not required
• Previous law enforcement experience preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of basic math and 10-key typing skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
