Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services ‘ company, is looking for a Operations Analyst III to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion (DHQP), Office of Director (OD). This person will provide Program Analysis Operations Support. Responsibilities:
Serve as an administrative liaison between management, staff, and organizational entities, including information management and meeting coordination. Provide comprehensive project and program support services to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to prepare programmatic documents and reports for internal and external audiences. Maintain files and records in accordance with federal records management policies and procedures. Schedule and coordinate conference calls, meetings, and project-related events, including space reservations and logistical support. Provide administrative and managerial support, including maintaining division records, compiling technical data, and updating operational spreadsheets. Assist with and lead tasks related to strategic planning, goal development, and project implementation efforts. Proactively communicate with division staff to follow up on action items, deliverables, and deadlines. Support communications and coordination with funded partners, including managing call agendas, tracking inquiries, and drafting follow-up responses. Develop meeting agendas, send invitations, schedule subject matter experts, and provide comprehensive meeting support (note-taking, follow-ups, logistics). Collect, analyze, and synthesize information from internal and external SMEs to inform reports, guidance documents, and other program materials. Track, summarize, and disseminate key updates, performance metrics, and progress reports to enterprise-wide stakeholders and division leadership. Perform other duties as assigned to support program success
Qualifications:
Four (4) to seven (7) years of relevant, direct comparable or similar work experience. Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience to substitute.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Computer skills to include but not limited to, skills in operating Microsoft Office software, with emphasis on Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook as well as SharePoint. Skills in managing and prioritizing multiple assignments with strict deadlines and ability to coordinate efforts among many offices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written). Expertise to prepare and present information/data via oral briefing(s) and/or by written reports.
