ABOUT THE TEAM

The Client Relations Group (CRG) at Parametric is within Operations and is tasked with processing all client related activities while delivering a first in class experience.

CRG consists of several organizations:

advocates for our clients in onboarding and daily servicing 2)

Client Operations:

Systems experts in activities and account management 3)

Client Contract and Control:

Contract experts and quality assurance experts and 4)

Business Enablement:

Product experts for new business and strategic initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Operations Analyst is responsible for providing critical business and operational support to Parametric investment and trading personnel. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the timely and accurate execution of all client account onboarding activities and is within the Client Experience organization within CRG. The Analyst will also be expected to maintain high service levels while improving and strengthening operational infrastructure.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for ensuring daily new account onboarding activities, including verifying all account documentation is received and properly submitted for archiving, working with activity management teams on new account funding, setting up account feeds and other client activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner Establish new client accounts in our internal systems Work with Financial Advisors, broker-dealers, and custodian banks to resolve onboarding issues Identify and resolve problems related to transactions or investment data in a timely fashion following established guidelines Facilitate the accurate and timely delivery of critical business information among all necessary parties Act as business owner of data, demographic and activity reports, operations requirements and daily account processing Collaborate with fellow colleagues to ensure all daily equity functions are completed concisely each business day Work with internal and external partners on the delivery and implementation of SMA retail business Work in a firm wide cross functional capacity to meet Operational business needs Collaborate with department management on re-engineering projects that will improve operational efficiency and enhance the client experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree Operations and/or related experience Working knowledge of the financial services industry, investment products such as equities and Separately Managed Accounts (SMA) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with others implementing solutions Meticulous attention to detail and highly process oriented Professional tact with excellent written and verbal skills Parametric believes each member of our organization makes a significant contribution to our success. Salary range for the position:

$60,000-$90,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
