Who You Are:
The Sales Operations Analyst performs a broad range of sales support services including assisting with generating accurate and competitive quotes for potential & existing customers, reviewing contracts for accuracy, supporting the sales team and other internal departments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient quoting process. This role primarily focuses on executing established processes and providing essential administrative support to the sales team and other internal stakeholders
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with sales executives to understand their requirements and provide support when needed in building accurate and timely quotes. Conduct thorough checks to ensure the accuracy of quotes and contracts, identifying any discrepancies or errors, and rectifying them promptly. Serve as a point of contact for sales executives and effectively communicate necessary support throughout the quote and contract process. This involves coordinating any revisions or updates, addressing sales-related inquiries, and assisting in resolving any issues that may arise. Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant problems or concerns. Contributes to the fulfillment of department and Company objectives and goals. Adhere to established security safeguards, procedures, and other Company policies. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Will Need to be
Successful:
