Description:

We are seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt to lead our client’s Rx Process Optimization Support project. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare and pharmacy benefit management. A Black Belt certification is required.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage process improvement projects using Six Sigma methodologies. Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed. Provide training and mentorship to team members on Six Sigma principles. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
