- Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst
- to support our
- Renewals Team
- in driving operational excellence through data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. This role is
- crucial
- in ensuring accurate forecasting, actionable insights, and seamless renewals execution while working cross-functionally with
- RevOps, Commercial Ops, Customer Support, and Business Intelligence (BI) teams
+ Provide detailed
- reporting and insights
- to improve renewals and churn forecasting and revenue performance. + Work with
- BI teams
- to optimize our data structures and enable teams to leverage analytics effectively. + Process
- commissions
- for Renewals and Customer Success teams. +
- Quoting & System Management
- + Support the
- quoting process for renewals
- , ensuring contracts align with business objectives. + Maintain
- data integrity and hygiene
- across tools like
- Salesforce,
- Clari
- and
- PowerBI
- , ensuring accuracy in renewals tracking and reporting. + Identify
- gaps in data and workflow processes
- , recommending improvements for efficiency. +
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Optimization
- + Partner closely with
- RevOps and Commercial Ops
- to refine renewal strategies and optimize operational workflows. + Work with
- Customer Success teams
- to enhance post-renewal engagement and customer retention. + Act as a bridge between the
- Renewals Team, Finance, and BI
- , ensuring analytics tools are properly structured and utilized. + Proactively
- identify and investigate process inefficiencies
- , delivering solutions that improve execution and revenue outcomes.
- About You
- + •4+ years•of experience in •Operational Analytics, Renewals, or Revenue Operations•, preferably in SaaS.

- Deep understanding of ARR, renewals, and contract structuring
- in a SaaS environment. +
- Experience managing tools & data
