Responsibilities:
Organize, supervise, and manage/support branch operations and provide high quality customer service while establishing controls that incorporate: Segregation of duties and appropriate supervision. Review and clearing exception items, conditions and transaction reconciliation. Review regularly occurring functions and reports. Report on discrepancies in operating functions or daily generated reports Maintain adequate working environmental controls. Demonstrate initiative and strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively prevent and solve problems. Responsible for maintaining a professional demeanor in all forms of communication, including written, in-person, and phone interactions with customers.
Requirements:
Minimum Five (5) years of experience in banking/branch operations and minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory position required. Extensive knowledge and understanding of banking regulations, retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention. Bilingual in English and Korean. College degree preferred but not required. (combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered). Salary is based on qualifications and experience.
