Monitor, collect and organize data such as sales histories, advertising campaigns and associated costs, market pricing, inventory turnover ratios, shipping rates, interest rates and customer feedback. Coordinate all activities with ordering, tracking, processing, routing,and shipping customer purchase orders via ShipStation. Actively manage flow of information and make daily decisions needed for assigned accounts, including serving as primary resource for distribution network decisions needed to enable timely order shipment. Collect and analyze data on customer behavior including demographics, preferences, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Work with finance, customer service, sales, and warehousing team to optimize vendors and distributors selection process. Utilize Microsoft Access as the database management system for data such as sales, client information, and inventory management. Apply analytics techniques in

IBM SPSS

Statistics such as descriptive ratio statistics, ANOVA, correlation, linear regression, factor analysis, forecasting and simulations for data such as sales, advertising campaigns, inventory, and logistics to develop and evaluate alternative courses of action. Perform Data Mining Method to analyze customer performances based on receiving, storage and shipping, etc. Design, conduct, and evaluate models to test the outcomes of different sales strategies such as keyword ranking, listing optimization, and advertising campaigns on third party websites like Amazon, Wayfair etc. Use research tools in online marketing software such as Helium 10, AMZtracker and Jungle Scout to further validate the effectiveness of the strategies. Use historical data to build up a predictive model based on the continual data from the logistic department, providing ongoing analysis in areas such as warehouse management, transportation, back orders, and delivery processes. Develop predictive and analytical tools for material forecasting and planning models based on demand patterns. Help the accounting department develop a time series model to forecast budget and reduce costs. Collect, calculate, format and report key performance indicators for warehouses on a monthly basis.
