Job Description
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Process Design Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Richmond, VA and Kennesaw, GA. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities:
Lead and execute on internal control discipline and operational excellence within a Line of Business (LOB) or Enterprise Control Function (ECF)
Execute LOB or ECF processes and tools to drive adnce to enterprise-wide standards
Support the implementation of quality assurance and quality control processes within the LOB or ECF through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls, identify issues and control improvements for remediation, and build out actions plans and milestones
Accountable for the identification, development, management, and improvement of processes in support of the strategic objectives within the Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) line of business
Managing through the operational excellence process lifecycle, this role will ensure CTI understands, manages, and improves their processes
Establish consistent internal process architecture in line with Enterprise Policy and Standards
Ensureplete and accurate design and full integration of all process with linkage to best practices
Ensure risk andpliance objects are met, as well as the achievement of breakthrough productivity, customer/employee satisfaction and continuous process improvements
Work closely with the process owners, Technology Risk Officers,pliance and audit partners and CTI leaders
Partner with stakeholders to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes
Lead the assessment of the design and effectiveness of the risk and control environment to support Client Operational Services and ensure adnce to enterprise-wide standards
Perform monitoring and testing of controls, identify issues and control improvements for remediation
Lead the implementation of optimized controls and enhanced Quality Assurance (QA) practices to support business continuity efforts
Manage the performance and productivity of team members that conduct quality inspection reviews
Ensure accuracy of data and that relevant information is captured for inspection metrics to support governance for dashboard reporting operational excellence mindset through simplifying, transforming and continuously improving CTI processes
Assess business functions and identify key business processes; ensure processes are fit for purpose
Understand the what, why and how the work gets done and translate to process inventory, to include pain points, cost, resources, non-value add activities, and hand offs
Manage ongoing process performance and assess risk
Connect process with customer and employee requirements
Assess process maturity/capability and set targets
Define linkage of processes to LOB services
Identify resources required for the process and associated costs
Understand and pliance requirements within design of process and controls
Identify controls to mitigate risk
Analyze process performance and conformance, inclusive of understanding if processes are stable, capable, and predictable within defined limits.
Train/mentor team members
Interface across functions to drive toward amon architecture across business process, information, data, application, and technology architecture layers
Drive best practice and represent LOB requirements for process and participate in all process forums
Communicate roadmaps, changes, and impacts to key stakeholders
Requirements:
10 years in business or technology experience; ideally 2+ of those years focused in business Process Management (BPM, Six Sigma, Lean experience a plus)
