The PSM Manager will own and lead the site’s Process Safety Management program. This new facility will manufacture high-value components used in electric vehicle batteries and semiconductor production. The PSM Manager will be responsible for integrating process safety into all phases of operations, with a focus on risk management through design. This is a leadership position requiring technical expertise in PSM systems and the ability to interface with both site teams and global process licensors.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and lead the site PSM program Coordinate and lead HAZOPs, LOPAs, and follow-up action planning Oversee SIS design integration with engineering and automation teams Lead MOC, PSSR, and root cause investigations Coach and mentor engineers and operations teams on process safety best practices Align local safety systems with global safety philosophy
Required Qualifications:
