The Supply Chain Supervision team collects operational insights and translates them into actionable strategies. They have expertise in supply chain processes, ERP systems, and data analysis. They convert data into insights to aid decision making in pricing, reducing transportation costs, or solving cost-related issues. The Executive Director of Continuous Process Improvement is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving operational excellence through the implementation of the Shingo Model principles. With a focus on continuous improvement, collaboration, and strategic alignment, this executive will lead efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and performance across all departments. By analyzing existing processes, developing improvement strategies, and fostering a culture of innovation, the Continuous Process Improvement Vice President will play a key role in achieving our long-term business objectives. This position requires a dynamic leader with expertise in the Shingo Model, strong analytical skills, and a passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement Shingo Model Principles:

Utilize the Shingo Model to drive operational excellence, focusing on principles like cultural enablers, continuous process improvement, and enterprise alignment.

Process Analysis & Improvement:

Conduct comprehensive process mapping, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for continuous improvement. Implement changes through pilot projects and full-scale rollouts.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate collaboration between departments, and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Training & Development:

Develop and deliver training programs on the Shingo Model and other improvement methodologies. Mentor and coach staff to build internal capabilities.

Performance Metrics:

Design and implement performance metrics to track improvements, align with organizational goals, and ensure sustainability of changes.

Strategic Planning:

Align continuous improvement initiatives with organizational strategy, ensuring that projects support long-term business objectives.

Change Management:

Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing resistance to new processes and methods.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure that all continuous improvement activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Technology Integration:

Evaluate and implement technology solutions that support continuous improvement efforts, such as automation tools or data analytics platforms.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including management, employees, suppliers, and customers, to ensure alignment and support for continuous improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles. Expertise in the Shingo Model of Operational Excellence. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
