Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Production Manager in New Orleans, LA area! The candidate will be responsible for all production line operations focusing on operations excellence and CI in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Work with all production managers and supervisors to drive process optimization and efficiency Analyze data and identify areas for improvement Design and implement new workflows Act as a change agent, supporting and leading others through implementation of new processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and buy in from all levels of the organization Provide training and coaching to all employees on CI best practices Ensure consistency through use of training and development of SOP’s Coordinate work of the operations staff with shift supervisors Administer performance reviews for all direct reports Ensure all plant procedures are implemented and followed Maintain & enforce safety programs and procedures Carry out all directives from the
VP of Operations Requirements:
