Your Day-to-Day:

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks from initiation to completion, effectively prioritizing in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Skilled in working under pressure and making sound, well-informed decisions.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets from multiple sources and develop actionable plans.
Excellent customer service skills, backed by hands-on experience in a long-term operations analyst role supporting both internal and external clients.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective team player with the ability to lead, collaborate, and contribute in multidisciplinary team settings.
Monitor and dispatch outage trouble calls.
Analyze incoming outage reports to determine the location and nature of the issue.
Prioritize emergency, outage, and non-outage work for first responders.
Communicate with customers to assess and understand power-related issues.

Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team: High School Graduate or Equivalent
3+ years of relevant dispatch experience, such as in 911 operations centers, utility operations centers, or similar environments. Why WECTEC Staffing Services?
