The Senior Process Analyst will lead and participate in workflow process improvement projects, including the analysis and documentation of business processes. This role will develop and implement self-sufficient and sustainable process improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and quality service. The Senior Process Analyst will evaluate the current process and design, model and implement a new or modified business process or organizational structure with the intent to support both internal customer goals and objectives. Responsible for applying in-depth knowledge of technical methodology and best practices of Project Management, Process Management & Process Improvement, Business Analytics, Metrics & Measures to drive strategic business objectives; Provides analysis and support of complex processes in partnership with process managers, and may lead projects and act as mentor for other team members. Questions problem definition to address underlying issues. Partners with internal and/or external clients within department and influences without authority. The analyst will work in a highly collaborative approach, managing multiple competing priorities and assignments. The analyst will play an active role in bridging operational gaps across process improvement, quality, and the customer experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent, related experience.

Experience:
- 2•4 years•or Associates Degree equivalent plus 4•6 years.

Knowledge:
- Complete understanding and knowledge of industry practices, standards, and concepts within field of work. Applies them to perform or lead work requiring extensive analytical business skills.

- Makes decisions using broad management limits. Applies guidelines and procedures that leave considerable room for discretion and interpretation. Decisions directly influence project, client relationships and or expenditures. Additionally, decisions exert some influence on organization’s long-range goals and objectives. Participates in determining objectives of assignments.

- Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.

Leadership:
- Plans, allocates the activities of project teams. Provides training and guidance to less experienced staff.
- Problem Solving /
Operations/Direct Work Involvement:
- Applies knowledge to determine solutions to complex problems with minimal direction. Uses research and analysis to develop innovative and practical solutions which are consistent with organizational objectives.

Client Contacts:
- Manages internal and external relationships. Represents organization as prime contact for projects and other necessary communications. Interaction may include senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring complex coordination between organizations. Communication involves persuasion and negotiation, as applicable. Seeks ways of improving client service.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 1) Bachelors in Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, or Business or 7 years of industry specific and process related experience preferred.
Basic understanding of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats facing the business 2) Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required or ability to obtain within 6 months. 3) 2-3 years Project Management Experience. 4) 3+ years of flow charting software or process mapping experience such as Visio or ARIS. 5) Attention to detail. 6) Ability to communicate effectively with all customers, internal or external, in a wide variety of mediums, including visualizations. Ability to utilize consultative and facilitative skills to address a business problem. 7) Must be motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently. 8) Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to multitask effectively. 9) Intermediate level of technical expertise commensurate with the process needs. 10) Experience working with geographically dispersed business units. 11) Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements. 12) Ability to elicit and document business requirements. 13) Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various processes. 14) Experienced in Modeling Processes using
BPMN. 15
) Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis. 16) Ability to empathize with end users and drive sustainable process improvement. 17) Team player; works effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus 18) Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required. 19) Experienced in Change Management and Risk Management 20) Understands & demonstrates the importance of developing and maintaining cooperative relationships at all levels of the organization, despite differing perspectives. 21) Possesses comprehensive level of knowledge within the discipline supported.
