Job Description Responsible for performing the activities required to provide support to Mortgage personnel for operational issues and inquiries. Analyzes, develops, recommends, and communicates policies and procedures affecting the Mortgage business line. Interfaces with other internal departments and vendors to help ensure operational soundness and system compatibility. Provides overall problem resolution for operational and system issues. Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically two or more years of mortgage or related experience Preferred Skills/Experience
  • Basic knowledge of Bank’s operational policies, procedures, products, and services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proven customer service/relations skills
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
